It would have launched 57 Starlink satellites along with 2 other satellites from a paying customer. This would bring the total Starlink satellites in orbit to 600. SpaceX announced the delay on Twitter.

Elon just announced on twitter that Canada is among the prioritized service areas for Starlink, which is designed for the least served rural areas. Elon also says Starlink works better for less populated areas. This is probably due to the fact that with only 500 or so Starlink satellites in orbit, the service is not yet at full design capacity when over 54,000 satellites are deployed. Starlink will launch a batch of 60 satellites every 2 weeks by the end of 2020. In the future, it may be able to deploy over 400 satellites with every launch.
